Process

From orchard to container

Four stops; each one is written to the lot file.

    Harvest

    August–October. Picked from registered orchards.

  2. 02

    Drying

    Laid out under the sun. Moisture is measured and logged.

  3. 03

    Sorting

    Inspection under UV lamps and on an optical line. Suspect fruit leaves the lot.

  4. 04

    Shipping

    Orchard record, analysis report and loading data travel to the buyer in one lot file.
